1. What RINKIS DARBĄ Is

RINKIS DARBĄ is a job market intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available job listings from various Lithuanian job boards and public employment sources. We provide market analytics, salary data, company profiles, and personalised CV-based job matching.

We are not an employer, recruiter, or staffing agency. We do not represent any company listed on this site. All job applications are redirected to the original source — we do not process job applications.

2. Who We Are

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to create an account (pursuant to the Lithuanian Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data — ADTAĮ).

You must provide accurate information when registering. You may hold one account per person. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.

4. What the Service Includes

RINKIS DARBĄ currently provides the following features, all free of charge:

• Browse aggregated job listings updated regularly from public sources.
• Market analytics: salary distributions, hiring trends, and company profiles.
• For registered users: CV upload, personalised job matching, saved jobs, company reviews, and weekly email job alerts.

5. CV Upload and AI Processing

When you upload a CV, we extract skills, experience, and education from its text using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini API). The CV file itself is not stored — it is processed in memory and discarded after extraction. Only the extracted structured data (skills, experience, preferences) is stored in your account.

Your extracted CV text is transmitted securely to Google's API for processing. Google processes this data under their Cloud Data Processing Addendum. Neither Google nor RINKIS DARBĄ uses your CV data to train AI models.

You can delete all extracted data at any time via Account Settings. For full details on AI processing and data handling, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Artificial Intelligence Disclosure

In accordance with EU AI Act transparency obligations (Article 50), RINKIS DARBĄ uses artificial intelligence in the following ways:

• Job matching — your profile (skills, experience, preferences) is compared against all active job listings using an automated scoring algorithm. Match scores (percentages) are generated automatically.
• CV analysis — skills, experience level, education, and career functions are extracted from your CV text using Google's Gemini AI model.
• Salary estimates — salary figures shown on the platform are statistical calculations based on aggregated listing data. They are not guarantees of actual compensation.
• Job listing enrichment — we use AI to classify, categorise, and translate job listing data to improve search and analytics quality.

All AI-generated outputs (match scores, skill extractions, salary estimates, classifications) are informational only. They are not employment decisions, guarantees, or professional advice. Individual results will vary. AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies — always verify information directly with the employer.

You are not subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Match scores help you discover relevant listings — they do not determine your eligibility for any position.

7. Job Listings

Listings are sourced from public job boards and updated regularly. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of any listing. Job details may change or expire without notice.

Always verify information directly with the employer before applying. Every listing links to and is attributed to its original source.

8. Employer Reviews and Content Moderation

Registered users may submit anonymous reviews of employers. All reviews are moderated before publication. We reserve the right to remove any review that contains offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or clearly fabricated content. Submitting a review means you confirm it reflects your genuine experience.

Review authenticity: All reviews are submitted by registered users with verified email addresses and are reviewed by moderators before publication. We do not independently verify employment history.

Reporting illegal content: If you believe any content on this platform is illegal or violates your rights, contact us at info@rinkisdarba.lt with a description of the content and why you believe it should be removed. We will review all reports and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If we remove content, we will provide a statement of reasons to the affected user.

We do not have a general obligation to monitor user-generated content.

9. Acceptable Use

When using RINKIS DARBĄ, you agree not to:

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data from this platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit our analytics, aggregated data, or visualisations without written permission.
• Create multiple accounts or fake accounts.
• Submit fraudulent, fabricated, or misleading reviews.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation.

10. Intellectual Property

All analytics, visualisations, aggregated data, and enriched classifications produced by RINKIS DARBĄ are our property. Individual job listings remain the property of their original sources. The RINKIS DARBĄ name, logo, and branding are our trademarks.

11. Listing Ranking Transparency

Job listings are ranked by posting date (newest first) by default. For registered users with a CV profile, listings may also be sorted by match score — a percentage reflecting how closely the listing matches your profile based on skills, experience, seniority, and job function.

No listing placement is paid or promoted. We do not accept payment from employers or job boards to influence ranking or visibility.

12. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings. All personal data will be removed.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including: excessive automated access, submitting fake reviews, creating multiple accounts, or any behaviour that harms the platform or its users. We will provide a reason for any account termination where possible.

13. Limitation of Liability

RINKIS DARBĄ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on job listings, salary data, match scores, or AI-generated outputs.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Lithuanian law.

Match scores and salary figures are AI-generated estimates for informational purposes only. They are not guarantees of employment, interview selection, or actual compensation.

14. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania, Vilnius.

Before filing a complaint, we encourage you to contact us first at info@rinkisdarba.lt so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.

If you do not agree with the changes, you may delete your account before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
