Darbo Rinka is a Lithuanian job market analytics platform. Every day we collect publicly posted job listings from 9 sources, enrich them with AI analysis, and give job seekers accurate data on salaries, in-demand skills, and the broader job market.

Our goal is to make the Lithuanian job market more transparent. Every job seeker deserves to know what salary to expect, which skills are in demand, and which companies are hiring.

We are not a job board and we do not compete with job portals. All listings link candidates back to the original source. Darbo Rinka is an analytics and matching tool.

How It Works

Data collection — Every day we automatically collect new and updated job listings from all 9 sources. Listings removed from the original source are marked as inactive.

AI analysis — Each listing is analysed by AI to extract required skills, estimate salary level, seniority, and job function. This enables cross-listing comparisons and more accurate matching results.

Matching algorithm — After uploading a CV, our algorithm compares your skills, experience, and qualifications against all active listings and surfaces the best matches ranked by fit percentage.
